- CollinOct 24, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I tried to do the easiest upgrade ever, adding more memory. After i put in new ram I got a black screen, tried to just put the old ram back in to no success. Scared I messed up the motherboard or something I went ahead and dropped it off here.
Within two hours they said they got it working and was wondering if they wanted me to let them put in the new ram(of course I let them).
Within 3-4 hours got my computer back and now have 24 gb of ram instead of the 16 i tried to install myself.
Great people, very nice. Perfect customer service.
